Hi, I'm Robin Green, aka "Midge." I started Midge's Muffins after years of baking milk- and
egg-free muffins for family and friends. When some of those same friends were diagnosed.
with celiac disease and couldn't eat my muffins anymore, I decided to make my original recipe
gluten-free as well.
Today, we prepare and bake moist and tasty 100% gluten-free, milk- and egg-free muffins for
everyone to enjoy. The bite-sized muffins contain only quality ingredients such as organic
evaporated cane sugar, Michigan apples, cherries, honey, and organic blueberries, and not a
drop of artificial coloring, flavoring or preservatives.
